Narrative in Video Making by Farzin Yekta A short workshop in familiarizing the participants with the construction of narrative in experimental video arts. A hands-on approach to explore alternative ways of creating short video arts. View Pictures
An Introduction to Animation by Roujy Emad Fathy How to convert an idea, dream or problem of a child from a story to an animation film via the use of an animation camera placed inside a box. The backgrounds and figures designed by the children are placed on moving panels in the box to create the animation. View Pictures
An Introduction to Sound by Fadi Mohammad The workshop will deal with the various aspects of sound recording (live and recorded), transfer and editing. View Pictures
Children TV Production - “PRIX JEUNESSE Suitcase” by Mrs. Susanne Rieschel, ZDF Television, Germany. This one-day workshop is specially designed for children’s TV program professionals or TV program managers from Lebanese broadcasters, as well as the independent production scene. In cooperation with the Goethe-Institute, the Prix Jeunesse Foundation aims to contribute to worldwide television for the young, to deepen understanding, to promote communication between nations and to increase the international program exchange.
