Yoga
workshop
• The duration of the workshop
was two hours
• Mrs. Caroline Suzi trained one group in the first
morning session from ten till twelve and Mrs. Hala Taher
trained the second group in the second morning session
from twelve till two.
This workshop dealt with the basic
principals of yoga and their importance in helping children
relax, purge their negative energy, concentrate and be
physically fit all via a series of beneficial exercises.
Each trainee worked independently at her/his own pace
depending on her/his capacity. Each trainee was introduced
to the primary exercises to soften the body before starting
with the actual yoga exercises.
