This workshop contained a theoretical aspect which included analyzing the causes of individual personal conflict and conflict between individuals and groups, and a practical one which involved role playing. It emphasized communication and mediation techniques in order to reach solution that satisfies all conflicted parties. The final section was on how to mediate conflict among school students. The facilitator handed out several documents that help the participants both in their daily lives and in working with children and youth. Coordination with the childhood free of violence workshop was conducted through the course of this workshop.

The participants of this workshop were taught to make big sized puppets to be used in street shows and carnivals. The material used was flour dough, special glue for wood, papers, and cheep iron wires which are not harmful to children. The products of this workshop were displayed in the final carnival.
